Five sectors on the record.

The practice works where logistics is part of the engineering, the budget, the contract and the schedule — and where involvement starts at feasibility, before the EPC schedule is frozen.

— In every sector

What must be true before a cargo can move?

Three questions are answered in every sector before a mode is committed.

  1. 01

Can the corridor carry the cargo?

Geometry, draft, lifts, permits and seasonal exposure are established before a mode is committed.

  2. 02

Can the market supply the plan?

Owners, capacity and freight are tested against the actual delivery window.

  3. 03

    Who carries the consequence?

The contractual chain is read alongside the physical chain, so handover and liability are visible early.

Contact

Put the move on the desk.

Send the cargo, its origin and destination, and the window you are working to. The first reply sets out whether the move is feasible, the likely corridor, the main exposures and an indicative cost band — before anything is committed.
